Dear Mr. Huang:
I have reviewed the above building permit applications for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
Critical Areas Checklists: Please complete and submit a Critical Areas Checklist for
each of the above -referenced parcels along with the appropriate fee ($1.35 each). I
realize that relatively steep slopes exist on the two parcels since we are dealing with the
aftermath of a small landslide; however, the Checklists are a required step in the permit
review process. Checklists are available through our website by clicking on `Forms
and Applications' at: http://w-ww.ci.edmonds.wa..us/pIan_div.stm.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If it
is more convenient, you may also send the forms and payment to me by mail at the address at the
