I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign
off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
Ecology Permit #3388:
1. Please submit a signed and dated copy of Attachment A, the
signature page that accompanies the Department of Ecologys Order #3388.
DNR Lease:
2.Condition #1 of the Hearing Examiners approval of SM-05-94 states that
\[t\]he Applicant shall provide proof of the Department of Natural Resources lease that
allows the pier facility to project beyond its property lines. Please submit documentation
indicating such DNR approval.
Make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If you have any questions,
