Thank you for resubmitting to clarify my height calculation questions but I still have several concerns: 1. Height Calculations: The corner elevations from the original submission and the resubmittal are being mixed in the resub. The resub site plan indicates elevations of 102.5, 100.5, 104.5 and 106.5, respectively for corners A – D. The calcs on the second page of the resub indicate 100, 100, 105 and 106.5, respectively for A – D. Please verify. In addition, the maximum height may only be 25 feet above average grade – the resub site plan and elevation drawing show it as being 27.8’. Also, please verify the location of Point A – it needs to be moved south approximately 3 feet in order to inscribe a rectangle around the proposed structure. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review.
