EGERDAHL ADU PERMIT APPLICATION AT 616 FIR STREET
Dear Mr. Egerdahl:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Critical Areas Checklist:
1.The City’s critical areas code (ECDC 23.40) requires the
submittal of a Critical Areas Checklist with any building permit application that includes
disturbing ground. Although in the case of your application, the only ground that will be
disturbed is for the 4’ by 4’ concrete landing outside the ADB entrance, a Critical Areas
Checklist is still required. Please fill out and submit the enclosed checklist along with the
$155 fee. Staff will then visit your site to make sure that the proposal will not impact any
critical areas on or adjacent to your property. Please note that since you are doing the
Critical Areas Checklist with this application, you will not be required to submit another
Checklist with any future building permit applications, as the critical areas determination
runs with your property.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
