During the second review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The January 14, 2009 structural engineers declaration is missing one of the three required
components, which can be found on page 9 of the Citys ESLHA Procedures and Permit
Submittal Checklist. Regrettably I didnt catch it the first time through the plan review process.
This is the only outstanding building plan review issue. The requirement reads as follows:
