Project Address: 111 Sunset Ave N
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide a trash enclosure plan that matches the approved site plan. This would include showing
the 180 degree gate swing and drop pin sleave location that is in conformance with the
Memorandum from the City of Edmonds Public Works, dated Feb. 20, 2009
2.On the plan show the embedment of the 3 steel gate post.
3.Provide the specifications for the steel posts and gates.
4.Show the species,thickness, and attachment details for the wood fence portion of the enclosure.
5.Provide the dumpster dimensions and show the proposed location inside the enclosure. The site
plan and enclosure plan appear to conflict with the opening for user access to the dumpsters.
6.If recycling bins are proposed, show their locations also.
