During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide a new site plan without a pond. Ponds are prohibited in the NEESLHA per ECDC
D-Prohibitions: 2- Ponds or other artificial impoundments of water.

2.Provide listing for the fire pit burner/ring. The product information provided was sales
information and I was unable to find the listing information on the website. This would be a
listing from an approved testing agency like Underwriters Laboratory.
