During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The engineering pages provided will need to have his cover letter , and the other two pages with
his information stamped and wet signed. Unfortunately I didnt notice this at the counter when
you first submitted. You can have the engineer mail it to our office with the permit number, and
attention Pat Lawler, if you would like to save a trip down here.
