During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.A WSVIAQ form has not been submitted that identifies the method of whole house
ventilation, which will provide fresh air to the ADU. Complete the form and submit
so the method that is currently in use or will be used to meet the minimum standard
for an ADU will be identified.
2.The plan showing the 6/10x4/11 window in the Proposed ADU bedroom does not
indicate what type of window it is. If the side portion is a casement type, indicate the
clear width in order to check for emergency egress compliance.
