After the email that I sent this morning regarding the location of a building less than 120 square feet,
another issue became evident, for the above noted project. The following information, clarifications
or changes are needed. Some of these requests may have already been included by the Planning
department. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans,
and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The ariel photogragh shows a covered patio, or some type of roof structure at the rear
of the house. There appears to be no permit on record for this structure.
a.All structures will need to be shown on the site plan. Identify those that will
be demolished, and those that will remain.
b.If the structure has been built since the property has been annexed into the
City of Edmonds, then construction plans and a permit will be required.
