During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The engineer of record (EOR) is required to wet sign sheet S-1
2.The EOR is required to stamp and wet sign sheet S-2
3.EOR: Detail 2/S-2, at B and D applications, show Simpson A35s in a flat position. A35s are
ange metal clips which would not be applicable for those circumstances. Call out appropriate
clips, e.g. Simpson LTP4s or LTP5s.
4.Architect or engineer of record: Indicate size and location of required attic access.
