Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. 1.Complete city special inspection agreement for all field welding to be performed. 2.Provide epoxy requirements for column to concrete, detail 2/E1. 3.Provide handrail and guard details per IBC sections 1012 and 1013. 4.Per IBC section 1009.3.3, and 1009.3(4), the leading edges (nosings) of the stairs cannot exceed 1.25” projection beyond the tread or landing below. Section AA appears to have a 1.5” projection. Identify the nosing distance of each run of stairs. 5.Approved plan, sheet A-3 is redlined with a minimum of 2’6” from the exterior wall to the north and south stairs.
