SFR REMODEL AND DECK AT 8159 FREDERICK PLACE
Dear Mr. Shadyrya:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response:
Height Calculations: As proposed, the arbor covering the new deck must be included
within the height rectangle. As a result, Points C and D of the height rectangle would
have to be moved north approximately 10 feet. This change could result in different
elevations for the points and which would then impact the average and maximum allowed
elevations for the proposed addition. If the arbor is not included with this remodel, the
height calculation can remain unchanged.
You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one
reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans. Please make all submittals
to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If
