Project Address: 838 Maple St.
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide a section view through the dining room and deck area. Include rafter size and spacing,
or identify if clear span trusses are used.
2.Provide beam calculations.
3.Identify the species, grade, and if pressure preservative treatment is to be used for the deck
lumber. Include the surface material.
4.Provide a deck ledger detail.
5.Is a beam proposed at the 8 span between the 4x6s at the dining room wall remodel.
6.Provide a beam connection detail for the deck beam to the column and the existing walls of the
house and shed.
7.The proposed shower door appears not to be a minimum 22 inches wide, as per the UPC.
