During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.For the ledger connection to the rim joist, identify the ½ lag bolt length and spacing.
2.Identify the field fasteners by others for the Crystalite 1-3/4 guard posts. Lag bolts are
indicated elsewhere on the plans, but the size, length, and finish (stainless, HDG) is missing.
3.Call out door size, which is replacing window at deck.
4.Identify joist species, grade, and size.
5.Identify deck surface material species, grade, and size.
5. Identify joist hangers to be used.
