regarding calculations provided by this office:

a footing representing Detail 1 /S2.
d. Note has been added to the plans.

j. A note has been added to each framing plan stating that any unspecified beam
or header is to be 4x10 DF#2 or better, unless noted otherwise. Each of the
members listed fall under that note.
Additional Comments
1. The plans have been revised to match the engineering.
2. The site plan shows the locations of the required site retaining walls. All
cantilevered foundation walls and site retaining walls should reference Detail
1 /S2.
