During review of the re-submitted plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The Engineer of record has apparently changed. The new engineer cannot just reply to the city
comments. Either:
a.The former EOR responds to the citys structural comments, or
b.The new EOR provides a stamped and signed letter taking responsibility as the new
EOR. Included in the letter should be verbiage to the effect that he has reviewed the
original EORs calculations and plans, and with the additional redesign, calculations,
and plans, that the total package now complies with code. Provide structural sheets
that have been stamped and signed, but do not include the note Building official
comments only, or
c.The new EOR provides a complete new set of plans and calculations.
