1. Bio-retention cells:
a. Need to provide a revision to the stormwater plan for the bioretention cells showing that
they can take on the additional impervious surfaces from the exiting asphalt parking.
b. Please make sure to show the impervious surface flows toward either bio-retention cell
and provide the updated impervious surface numbers.
i. If the bio-retention cells can receive additional impervious surfaces,
washed rock should be placed at the spillways.
c. Bio-retention cell near the new structure needs to have 6" of ponding depth.
2. Cleanout all the public and private catch basins and yard drains (new and existing), removing all
sediment and debris.
a. Catch basins - make sure all risers and storm lines are mudded.
b. Yard drain frames within private concrete walkway need to be cleaned of concrete
making the yard drain easily accessible.
3. RPBA/Cross-connection final needed.
4. Sewer cleanouts need to be cut down to grade at the grease trap interceptor.
5. Signage and striping
a. Handicapped sign needs to be installed.
b. "STAFF ONLY" striping to be installed at the required 6 stalls.
c. Solid line striping needs to be provided, dividing que for "drive through" and traffic
flow.
d. Directional arrows, (3) need to be placed.
e. Re -strip parking stalls and handicapped parking along James street.
f. Re -strip yellow striping at Sunset & James.
6. Need to remove vehicular speed bump from striped walking path.
7. Extruded curb needs to be installed per plans.
8. The installed asphalt along the curb (northeast corner, within the ROW) within Sunset will need
to be removed and replaced such that stormwater will flow to the catch basin nearby (deleting
standing water concerns on Sunset).
9. A pavement compaction report needs to be provided for work completed within Sunset Ave as
well as within James St. (installation of stormwater catch basins).
10. As -built sheets need to be provided.
a. Show utilities (cleanouts, materials, depths, slopes, rim and invert elevations) as
installed.
b. Show any changes to the site.
11. Additional comments may need to be applied, regarding the trash enclosure.
12. Need Fire sign off
13. Need sign off from Planning.
