During review of the resubmitted plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Complete the City of Edmonds Special Inspection Agreement for welding, unless it is to be
performed in a WABO approved fabrication shop, with no field welding.
2.The engineer of record:
Call out embedment depth of expansion bolts at revised details 51/S3.2 and 38/S3.2.

Identify 5/8 (lag bolts?) and call out embedment depth into beam at revised detail

3. Explain what the word HROIAZONTALLY means at section 3/A4.01.
