Dear Mr. McCormick,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Fireplace bump out: Please show the fireplace bump out on the plot plan and readjust
the height rectangle to include that feature. Please make any needed changes to the
height corner elevations and calculations as needed on the plot plan and elevations on
Sheet 6.
2. Deck: Please show the eastern deck on the Sheet 1.
3. Oriminal topo lines on plot plan: Please show and label the original lines of
topography on the plot plan which existed prior to grading for the associated short plat
(S-05-38).
Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of the
building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00
