Dear Mr. Denham,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Datum Point: On the site plan, please identify the datum point used as the basis for
the height calculations associated with the proposed addition and indicate its actual or
assumed elevation.
You can either redline the change on the existing site plans or submit three copies of an updated
site plan. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
