Dear Mr. Freeman:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Screening:
1.Rooftop equipment is required to be screened from exterior view. Based on
the elevation drawings that you submitted, it appears that the proposed vents and
mechanical equipment will be partially screened by the existing 2’6” parapet wall;
however, the proposed rooftop equipment will extend up above this wall. Please provide
documentation of how the portions of the proposed rooftop equipment that extend above
the parapet wall will be further screened from exterior view.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via
