Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. 1.Engineer of record: a.The first floor framing plan shows a double joist under the #2 bearing point of the 41’ Garage, utility, dining room beam. With a 15,921# gravity load the double joists are undersized.
