In regard to the driveway for your residence at 1008 - 9th
Avenue North which you have under construction, this is to bring to
your attention that this Department is contemplating a major improve-
ment of 9th Avenue in the future.
If you are considering grading and paving your driveway at
the property line on 9th Avenue, we respectfully request that you
contact this office in order that we may coordinate driveway slope to
any proposed change in street grade. It is our desire to help
eliminate any future inconvenience and unnecessary costs to you.
