Engineering has reviewed and approved the subject application with the following condition
to be noted in the staff report.
The ADU parking space located in the driveway, as shown on the site plan dated 5/22/08, is
acceptable. The ADU parking space shown within the 15-foot easement area along the
northern property line is not found to be acceptable. I have made redline changes to the site
plan and have attached it for reference.
