At the request of Mr. Jackie Chang, Bill Chang from GEO Group Northwest visited the site on Tuesday
11/4/2014 and met with Mr. Aziz Jallow to observe the erosion control measures implemented at the site
and the collection of surface water and pumping it to the rain garden linfiltration location a the east side of
the house.
Based on our observations, all of the erosion control measures have been properly implemented at the site
and the water collected at two places west of the house are being pumped back into the rain garden
location at the east side of the house.
It was noted that water collecting at the SE comer of the lot actually originates from the neigboring property
to the south at 17160 Talbot Road, and flows across property lines, probably due to a leaking or damaged
tightline. We attempted to contact the neighbor to the south of the subject lot in order to correct this
condition, but they were not home, In the meantime we will collect their runoff and pump it to the
raingarden location.
We also went through the checklist prepared by Ms. JoAnne Zukauf from the City of Edmonds dated
11/3/2014, and verified that all 8 items have been properly addressed.
