During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The engineer of record is required to sign as well as stamp the submitted repair plan. It appears
to indicate that it is page 3/6. If calculations were performed, and additional pages prepared,
they should also be submitted.
2.Indicate the type of weather barrier and siding to be used.
3.Provide a flashing detail for the belly band.
