During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide two sets of the omitted plan sheets R2.2, R2.3, R4, R5, and R6.
2.Phasing Notes indicates air handler to be removed and replaced with roof top units prior to
commencement of work. Has this occurred, or are new rooftop units going to be installed? If
new units are to be installed, a permit is required prior to the work being performed. City
records indicate that a permit was issued on 7/25/2010 to install a rooftop AC unit, and that
permit shows that work has been completed.
3.Were plans prepared by a mechanical engineer? If so, a stamp and signature showing licensure
for the state of WA is required.
