Dear Mr. Freeman:
I have reviewed the redlines that were made to your plans on November 2, 2012 for the above
building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1.Height Calculations: Your architect redlined the site plan on November 2, 2012 indicating
a datum point near the southeastern corner of the site. This datum point was indicated as a
catch basin with an elevation of 215.46’. The elevation of this point, however, is not
consistent with the topography lines on the site plan. The point is located near the 226’
topography line, so an elevation of 215.46’ does not appear to be an accurate elevation of
the catch basin.
It is unclear if the datum point was possibly indicated in the wrong location on the site
plan, or if the elevation of the point was stated inaccurately. Please confirm the location
and elevation of the datum point, and make sure that it is accurately indicated on the site
plan.
The above item may be redlined by your architect on the site plan. Or, if you would rather
submit new copies of the revised site plan, please submit three large-format copies and one
reduced copy (8.5” by 11”). The resubmittal should be made to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
