Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response: 1. Tax parcel ID: The tax parcel ID on the site and building plans is shown as 00380100000103 but the Assessor has it as 00513105800900 and 00513105800801. Please confirm and update as necessary. 2. Height calculations: Sheet P2 shows the correct height calculations and average grade but the average grade (and maximum height) are off one foot on Sheet Al. Please verify and update as needed. All referenced code sections are available at the following website: http://www.mrsc.org/mc/edmonds/Edmondsnt.htmi. Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
