They tore down the existing house and saved and reused the bricks to build a new house further back from the road. It was completed around 1944. The address of that house is 15725-75t" PI. W. The unattached existing garage was then torn down in 1944 and my dad built a new double -car garage with an apartment above it. Finishing that around 1946. That apartment address is 15721- 75t" PI. W. Then around 1949, my parents started building the last residence on the hill behind the first one. That address is 15729-75t" PI. W. All the buildings were constructed prior to the present zoning requirements. We would like to short plat to divide the property into three separate parcels.
