Dear Mr. Huri,
I have reviewed the July 30 resub information for the above building permit application on
behalf of the Planning Division. Before I can sign off on the permit, the following information
needs to be clarified in a written response and on updated plans as appropriate:
Site Plan: Please submit a larger version of the site plan. The information and text on
the 11 x 17 copy was too small to be legible.
Height calculations: The height calculations shown on Sheets A7 and A8 don't match
those on Sheets A9 and A10. It would appear that the values shown on A7 and A8
match those shown on the Site Plan. Please verify and update as appropriate.

Please submit three copies of the updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8 am to 12 pm only on Wednesdays). If you have any
