Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response and on plans with changes called out: 1. Dock: The existing dock is shown on one of the June 6 resub site plans but not the others. Please show the dock on all site plan sheets and show the distance that it is set back from the south property line at the wetland/shoreland boundary. 2. Flood hazard analysis: As the Hearing Examiner indicated in Condition #6 of the original preliminary plat decision for PLN20080046 (and as updated by Minor Modification request #1 dated December 12, 2012), a flood hazard study and assessment is required for development on this parcel in accordance with ECDC 23.70. Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
