Dear Mr. Burkhart:
I have reviewed your requested revision to the above building permit applicationfor the Planning
Division,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressedbefore review can continue:
Building Elevations:
1.Please provide building elevation viewsindicating all proposed rooftop
equipment, including an indication of the heights of the rooftop equipment. All equipment must be
shown to comply with the maximum allowed height.
Screening:
2.Mechanicalequipment is required to be screened from streetview.It appears that the
rooftop equipment will bescreened from street view by the building parapets; however, please
confirm whether or not this is the case.If the building parapets will not screen the proposed
rooftop equipment, please provide documentation of what additional screening is proposed in order
to sufficientlyscreen the equipment.
Please submit two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and
4:30pm, and Wednesdays between 8:00am and noon.
