I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following informationis neededbefore review can continue:
Critical AreasReport

The project site is adjacent to Pine Ridge Park and the Park’s associated fish and habitat
conservation area.The Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Figure 23.90.000,
Fish and Wildlife habitat conservation areas compliance requirements flowchart,requires a
critical areas reportwhen property is within or 200 feet of a fish and habitat conservation
area. Thecritical areas report must includethe requirementsoutlined in ECDC 23.90.020.
Once thecritical areas report is submitted I can continue my reviewof your permit. I have
attached a list of qualified consultants who conduct the type of work needed. The list is
slightlyold (last updated in 2009) but it should provide you with a good starting point for
consultant contacts.
Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division
may require changes to the site plan or building plans.Any revisionsshould be completed
once you have received comments from the other reviewing divisions.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies
of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office
hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and
