The assessment will also need toacknowledge those standards in the above cited sections to permit the buffer reduction to the steep slope and any other applicable standards to permit the addition to take place. Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division may require changes to the site plan or building plans.Any revisionsshould be completed once you have received comments from the other reviewing divisions. Please submit three copies of amended geotechnical assessmentto a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
