IN CONSIDERATION of benefits to accrue to the grantors herein, the undersigned, the CITY OF
LYNNWOOD a Municipal Corporation, hereby grants to the CI'T'Y OF EDMONDS, a Municipal Corporation, a
permanent easement for the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, reconstruction or replacement
of a storm pine and necessaryappurtenances, over, across, through, and below the following described property,
and the further right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location,
construction, operation, maintenance, repair, reconstruction or replacement of said stn m pipe and necessary
appurtenances, together with the right of access to the easement at any time for the stated purpose.
The easement hereby granted is located in the COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, and is more particularly described as the following property:
A portion of Government Lot 2 in the NE X of Section 7, TWP. 27 N., RGE. 04 E., W.M., Snohomish County,
Washington, also being a portion of Parcel C, as recorded under Record of Survey under Auditors File Number
199812285001, being a 20 foot wide strip, lying 10 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of Said Section 7;
Thence along the easterly line of said Government Lot, N 01"1145" E, 602.27 feet;
Thence N 61'33'10" W, 221.03 feet;
Thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 120.00 feet, a distance of 80.60 feet, through a central angle of
38°31'40
Thence N 23°01'30" W, 141.15 feet;
Thence N 09°21'30" W 76.47 feet;
Thence of a curve to the right having a radius of 170.00 feet, a distance of 67.93 feet, through a central angle of
22°53'40
Thence N 13°32'10" E, 4.07 feet;
Thence N 89°03'05" W, to a point 339.87 feet east of the government meander line;
