During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Page 7 of the geotechnical report, NGA File No. 978916, requires the final plans be reviewed
and approved by NGA. Provide evidence that they have reviewed and approved the engineering
sheets dated 1/24/17.
2.Special inspection is required by the structural engineer for the pipe pile installation and piling
refusal verification to be perfomed by the geotechnical engineer of record. Epoxy anchors by a
testing agreement for each firm.
