RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # BLD20171052
NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 515 PINE STREET
Dear Mr. Gilbert,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
continue with my review, please address the following comments in a cover letter and through
the submittal of updated plans with changes called out:
1. Height corners and elevations: Verify the location of corner 'A' on the Site Plan. Then,
verify the elevations for corners A, B & C. It appears that 'A' is closer to 100', 'B' is
closer to 98', and 'C' is closer to 101'. Update the Site Plan and elevations on Sheet 1
of building plans, as appropriate.
Make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
(8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any questions, please contact me
