During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Provide copy of drainage easement granted to 7306 – 172 St SW, show the limits of the easement, and
note the AFN # on the site plans.
2.The site plan notes an ingress / egress easement within the construction area. Show the limits of the
easement, and please provide a copy of the recorded easement.
3.Please note where proposed rockeries will discharge. Note that rockeries cannot tie into the storm
detention system.
4.Provide a cross section of the tiered rockeries. Ther upper tier shall not place a surcharge on the lower
tier. Also indicate the location of the proposed rockery in relation to the existing detention system.
5.Review of the existing detention system indicates that additional detention capacity will be required for
the proposed addition. Please refer to the attached letter from Damon Roth, Stormwater Engineer.
Provide a drainage plan and pertinent calculations
Provide invert elevations for the expanded portion of the detention system as well as for the
existing system.
6.Please include on the site plan the proposed temporary erosion control measures, including silt fence and
filter sock protection for downstream CBs.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
