It appears as though it is shown with bold dots at each of the corners, however at the SE corner of the property this line is labeled as EP (edge of pavement). 2.Please show the sidewalk on the plans and provide a distance from back of sidewalk to the property line. I have attached for you a copy of the WSDOT right-of-way plan for this area, which indicates an 80’ right-of- way. There is probably close to 5’ additional right-of-way behind the sidewalk. 3.Sufficient turn around needs to be provided in the parking lot, specifically for parking stall #1. 4.Please also refer to the Plan Corrections specific to the Encroachment Permit Application and Agreement. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
