The comments below have been revised to now include approval of the access driveway for the delivery vans.

Please respond to all corrections noted, some of which are a repeat of those corrections noted in the January 30
corrections.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the effected civil plans to Marie Harrison.
1.A high capacity gutter, with asphalt drive approach and radius shall be installed per City standard detail
E2.27. at the delivery vehicle access.
2.A sign shall be placed at the entrance to the delivery vehicle access stating “Delivery Vehicles – Back in
Only”.
3.Provide top and bottom of rockery elevations.
4.Site topography contours must be shown on the plan revision.
