On behalf of the Engineering Division, I have reviewed the revision submitted January 24, 2007. The following
information clarifications or changes are needed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the affected civil plans to Marie
Harrison.
1.The proposed asphalt drive, to be used for delivery vans, cannot be approved as submitted. An onsite
turnaround is required to be provided per City standards.
2.Provide top and bottom of rockery elevations.
3.Site topography contours must be shown on the plan revision.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
