During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please provide a copy of the access easement granting access across the property to the south and west to

2.Please provide an onsite driveway turnaround.

3.Indicate surface material for the new driveway and the existing access to 76 Ave W.
4.A credit is not allowed for the impervious area being removed from the site. Therefore, the total new
impervious area exceeds 2000sf and a storm detention system will be required. Please refer to the City’s
Storm Water Management Handout #E72, which is available on the City’s website at www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
under the Engineering Division.
5.Indicate erosion control measures on the site plan, including silt fence.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. JoAnne
