During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 2% slope is specified in the Engineer's calculations. Add this information to the drawings.
Specify how deck will slope minimum 2% and where it slopes to (i.e. cricket). Provide section
detail though this area.

4) All information provided in the revised calculations (sheet I) needs to he added to the
drawings. Also show how all loads from proposed 6x10 or optional 3 1/8" x 12 GLB are
carried to bearing at the exterior wall side of the residence (i.e. posts). Note on plan says
hangers by Engineer and nothing is specified in the calculations. Engineer of Record to specify
hangers as well as minimum structural member supporting hanger within the exterior wall.
