During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
From Ann Bullis, Assistant Building Official's corrections dated July 21, 2006
1) Reduced site plan is still not to scale. Please set to an accurate scale. If new site plan is
submitted make sure all redlined information (i.e. shed removal and height of lower deck) is
also placed on the new site plan. Site plan notes 118" scale, however it appears to actually scale
to 1"=10' based on the actual dimensions. Please revise.
2) This was corrected on the large site plans but not on the reduced copies. Please change on
reduced copies. The site plan will be microfilmed as part of the permit record (floor plans will
not be microfilmed). Please clearly show and label on the site plan the extent of both the 15t and
2"d story additions.
3) Gina Coccia in the planning department had asked for a specific datum point. Response was that
it is on the concrete curb in-line with the west side of the building. This still does not specify
what the actual point is (i.e. driven rebar stake, water meter, etc.). Please add this information to
the site plans. The building inspector will need a fixed point to verify height with.
