corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised

1) Still need. No response given. Topography lines and elevations still need to be shown on the
site plan in the proposed deck area. See attached sample site plan. Show topography on the
site plan.

International Residential Code for foundation clearances from slopes. Show bottom of
footing in relation to the slope per IRC R403.1.7.2

7) Still need. No response given. Soil bearing must be performed by a Geotechnical Engineer or
Licensed Geologist and form submitted was signed by an Architect. Please choose alternate
special inspector to perform soil bearing special inspection. Special inspections are required
for the following. Complete the enclosed special inspection agreement signed by the owner, the
general contractor and the special inspector and submit to the City for approval prior to issuance.
