Project: New Roof Trusses
Project Address: 18010 88`x' Ave W.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
pians/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Choose alternate datum point or clarify point chosen. Corner of breezeway is not a fixed point
for the inspector to measure height (i.e. side sewer manhole cover, water meter, etc.).
2) Existing side covered deck does not appear to be covered with new trusses. Provide general
framing plans for porch to show how all loads are being carried to bearing (posts, beams, joists,
rafters, etc.).
3) Show size and location of attic access and provide attic ventilation calculations.
4) Provide complete truss engineering from truss manufacture (layout sheet provided need
individual truss sheets).
