During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.

7) 8/30 Review: New ridge beam will place a point load of 6350# on the existing 6x12 -arae
door headers. Provide calculations for existing header to justify that it is adequate to carry
additional loads. 8/21 review: Provide calculation for new ridge beam (51/8 x 15 GLB). 818
Review: R802.3.1 requires a ridge beam design if ceiling joists or rafters are not provided at the
top plate. Revise roof design to meet conventional construction or provide calculations stamped
and signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer.
8) 8/30 review: Beam was increased to 7x18 and has a reaction of 7993# provide calculations to
iustifv that the existine foundation is adequate to carry additional loads. 8/21 review: Provide
calculation for new proposed 51/8 x 18 floor beam. 818 Review: On the building section
specify post to beam connector.
