During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.When pumping detained water from a detention facility into the Storm system, the pump shall be
appropriately sized so that it does not overwhelm the City Storm system by pumping too much water out the
detention system. The pump shall be sized to imitate the 10, 24, and 100 yr storm event releasing the water
into the Storm system just as a detention system would. Please provide the pump data (curves, head loss,
manufacturer requirements, etc) used to determine the type and size of pump you propose to use.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. JoAnne
